MCASD presents its fourth annual collaborative screening with Cinefemme, the San Francisco and Los Angeles-based nonprofit, showcasing the films of independent women filmmakers. For one night only, enjoy an engaging collection of short films–both fiction and non-fiction–by women artists not afraid to push the filmmaking envelope.

Catch the award-winning short documentary, “The Fighting Cholitas,” about a group of bold and fierce female Bolivian wrestlers, and the world premiere screening of “Antipodiste,” a short doc exploring the charming world of Les Castors, three French foot-juggler brothers whose circus lineage stretches back five generations, among other short films.
